HOT OFFER Pre-Order Policy

At SheiTech (sheitech.com.bd), we offer customers the opportunity to pre-order select upcoming or restocking products. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
1. Pre-Order Process
- Customers may place a pre-order for eligible products via our website without any advance payment at the time of submission.
- Customers must provide accurate personal details, including full name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Submission of a pre-order does not constitute a confirmed order or guarantee product delivery.
2. Order Confirmation
- Once the pre-ordered product becomes available, our team will contact you via phone to confirm the order.
- You may then choose to confirm the order and proceed with delivery or cancel without any penalty.
3. Advance Payment for Deliveries Outside Dhaka
- Customers outside Dhaka city must pay a ৳200 advance as a security deposit after confirming the order.
- This deposit will be adjusted against the final amount at delivery.
- If a customer cancels after paying the advance, the amount is non-refundable—unless the cancellation is due to product unavailability from our side.
4. Cancellation Terms
- Pre-orders can be canceled any time before the confirmation call without any charges.
- Customers may also cancel the order during the confirmation call without penalty.
- However, cancellations after advance payment (for outside Dhaka) will follow the non-refundable clause in Section 3.
5. General Conditions
- Pre-order quantities are limited and subject to stock availability.
- SheiTech reserves the right to reject or cancel any pre-order due to incorrect information or stock issues.
- We may update this policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically.
